Field of Yoga

Preparation
-Dress in comfortable but not too loose clothing that moves with you
-Don't  eat a heavy meal within an hour of class start time
-No freshly-applied perfume or cologne
-Avoid lotioning forearms/hands, shins/feet
-You may bring your own mat, or use one of the studio's eco-friendly mats

Arriving at Class
-Sign in
-Leave your shoes under benches
-Mute cell phone
-Store coat and personal items in cubbies
-Set up mat and props prior to class start time
-Inform teacher of any injuries or medical conditions

Parking Map
Daytime classes:  Ample 2-hour parking on E 4th St and State St
Evening hours:  Parking available in lot on east side of building, and the Viking Pump lot at NE corner of E 4th St and State St
