Respecting the Experience
Your experience at the studio is our highest priority.  We hold the space for you, and ask that you do the same for others.  Join us in reinforcing our caring community.  Please keep your voices low in the lobby area if a class is in session, arrive a bit early to be set up by class time, and refrain from using heavily perfumed products.  Classes are appropriate for adults and teens age 14-and-up unless indicated as intended for children.
If anything or anyone negatively affects your experience, please don't hesitate to contact any of our staff, or e-mail us.

Annual Studio Fee
Annual Studio Fee is NOT REQUIRED for drop-ins, workshops or kids programs.
The $10 annual studio fee is due when purchasing your first class pass or course.  It will be charged annually from that date.

Scheduled Studio Shut-downs
Periodically, Field of Yoga closes down for holidays or scheduled maintenance.  Class Passes are extended to cover the duration of the shut-down period.

Make-up Classes for Courses
You may make up missed classes during your course duration and for two weeks following your course at any class on the weekly schedule.  Check the current schedule for options that are appropriate for your level.

Occasionally, special make-up classes will be offered.

Refunds
All fees are non-refundable, except in medical cases.

Class cancellations
Inclement weather
In the event of a cancellation, the front page of the website and the phone (830-2080) message will reflect the cancellation.  Note that only in extremely inclement weather will classes be cancelled.
(We are not tied to school delays or closings.  Check the website or phone message to confirm any cancellations.)

Other
Time-permitting, cancellations due to unforeseen emergencies will be posted on the website and on the phone message.  Only in extremely rare instances are we unable to find a substitute or remedy a studio situation.  

A class cancellation for a course results in a credit toward another class during your session duration.  Occasionally, special make-up classes will be offered.
