Annual Registration Fee
Annual Registration Fee is NOT REQUIRED for workshops or kids programs.
The $10 annual registration fee is due at first class, and will be charged annually from that date.
Drop-ins
The $10 annual registration fee will be applied on the second drop-in, and will be charged annually from that date.


Scheduled Studio Shut-down:  July 3 - 9, 2010
Periodically, Field of Yoga closes down for holidays or scheduled maintenance.  Class Passes are extended to cover the duration of the shut-down period.  For instance:  the studio will be closed July 3 - 9.  Class Passes that span this time will include an extra week before they expire.  

Make-up Classes for 6-week Sessions
You may make up missed classes during your session duration.  Check the current schedule for options that are appropriate for your level.

Occasionally, special make-up classes will be offered.

Refunds
All fees are non-refundable, except in medical cases.

Class cancellations
Inclement weather
In the event of a cancellation, the front page of the website and the phone (830-2080) message will reflect the cancellation.  Note that only in extremely inclement weather will classes be cancelled.
If Cedar Falls schools are delayed or closed, only morning classes will be cancelled.  Check the website or phone message for afternoon/evening cancellations.

Instructor illness
Cancellations due to instructor illness will be e-mailed, posted on the website, and on the phone message.

A class cancellation for a 6-week session results in a credit toward another class during your session duration.  Occasionally, special make-up classes will be offered.
